Terms of Business

Rates Effective 1^st April 2023

We are proud to provide Health, Care and Support services to some of the most vulnerable members of society at Heanton Nursing Home.

We consider that all people living with us are individuals who deserve care, support and accommodation which is aligned with their personal needs and choices. With this in mind, we invite all fee payers to discuss and agree bespoke terms and conditions with us.

In the absence of any other prior written agreement, the fees for service provision for people living with us will be subject to our standard Terms of Business as below:

As an organisation which has Excellence, People Driven, Integrity and Compassion as its core values, we prefer to have individualised agreements in place for each person living at our service. Where such an agreement comes to an end, and is not renewed, or is in breach, then the standard Terms of Business will be deemed to govern any continued service provision by us unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by a Company Director.

Accommodation is charged at £800 per week. 

Health Support Hours are charged at £65 per hour. 

Care Support Hours are charged at £25 per hour.

The above charges are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.  Terms of Business may be changed with written notice.
